Our 5 Day Classic Malindi Tour allows you to spend barefoot, sun kissed days in Malindi, a great “off the beaten track” compliment to any Kenyan safari. This tour utilizes a contemporary beach resort in Kenya on the edge of the Indian Ocean, which has a wide variety of facilities and activities on offer such as windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling, diving and beach volleyball.
This Malindi beach holiday combines a mix of “highlights” such as a guided tour of the historic Old Town, a Swahili settlement dating from the 14th century and an excursion to Malindi National Park, one of the most pristine marine eco-systems on the planet. This is followed by a seafood barbeque where you can savour the unique flavours of Swahili Cuisine. These excursions are interspersed with ample leisure time for you to explore the tropical surroundings at your own leisure.

Day 1: Malindi
On arrival in Malindi, you will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel on the coast passing through the vibrant, coconut palm lined streets of the town. You will have the afternoon at leisure to settle into your tropical hotel. Perhaps have a cooling dip in the pool or the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, go for a sunset stroll on the beach and sip on a refreshing cocktail. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day 2: Malindi
In the morning of your Kenya beach safari head out and about on a guided walking tour of Malindi’s Old Town. Visit the Jami Mosque and the two striking Pillar Tombs which are said to be dated back to the 14th Century. Then browse Malindi's huge open air curio market admiring the intricate carvings and handmade jewellery and practice your bargaining skills. The remainder of the day at is at your leisure to relax and enjoy beach life. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day 3: Malindi
Spend the day soaking up the island spirit of Malindi, windsurfing, canoeing or diving amongst the multi - coloured coral reefs or just to chill out on the beautiful beaches of your beach resort in Kenya. If you are a land lubber then why not have a game of volleyball or beach soccer before sipping on a refreshing drink while lounging in the sun. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day 4: Malindi
After breakfast at your beach resort in Kenya set out on a boat trip to Sand Island in the Malindi Marine National Park. This is a great place to see Dolphins, as well as three species of turtles, including Loggerhead, Green and Hawksbill turtles. Malindi has some of the best seafood in the World, and in the evening you can savour seafood BBQ – the perfect way to end a perfect day. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day 5: Malindi
The final morning of your 5 Day Classic Malindi Tour you are free to spend some time at the markets, picking up last minute souvenirs or savouring the sun’s rays on the beaches, before being collected at your beach resort and driven back to the airport for your onward travel arrangements.
